Caliper render for this kit:

The March K13 is a featherweight city car: under a tonne in most road configurations, front-drive, and not the first chassis that comes to mind when discussing brake upgrades. That changes when the car is driven seriously. Because the K13 is so light and so nimble, it invites a driving style that asks more of the factory brakes than they were designed to give: repeated hard stops from genuinely quick speeds, precision trail braking into tight corners, and the corner-entry pace that depends on a consistent, communicative pedal.
This XYZ Racing front big brake kit targets the front axle, the axle doing almost all of the stopping work on a front-wheel-drive platform. It is a matched pair of front calipers and two-piece floating discs, configurable from road-biased to circuit-biased through your choice of Street, Sport, or Racing pad compound and a painted finish in one of five included colours.
What this brake kit does for your 2010-2017 Nissan MARCH K13
Greater thermal capacity across the front axle moves the brake fade threshold further out, giving the K13’s chassis a larger working window before pedal character starts to change. On any front-drive car the front brakes shoulder the dominant share of braking load, and on the K13 specifically, with its torsion beam rear axle, that front bias is pronounced. Trail braking on corner entry influences how the nose loads and where understeer sets in; a brake setup that delivers consistent feel across a session gives the driver more information to work with. The hollow-vane discs draw airflow through the disc body to manage heat, and the two-piece floating construction lets the friction ring expand against the alloy bell without coning, holding the disc true and trimming rotating and unsprung mass.
Pad choice matches the friction to the use. Street is the quiet, low-dust road default. Sport adds bite and heat range for mixed use. Racing is the circuit compound for sessions where disc temperature cycles repeatedly with each lap. Calipers come painted in Red, Yellow, Gold, Black, or Anodized Black at no extra cost, with a Custom Color in any Pantone shade available, plus premium polished-forged finishes (Titanium, Polished Gold, Polished Silver) and candy finishes (Candy Teal, Candy Blue, Candy Red, Candy Orange).
About the Hollow Front Brake Kit
The kit arrives as a complete front-axle assembly with disc, caliper, and pads matched as a set, removing compatibility uncertainty from a mixed-brand build. The caliper is hollow-bodied as standard, keeping mass down while staying stiff. For serious track use the optional Hollow Racing caliper removes the dust cover, is rated to 1000C, and carries a two-year warranty. Discs come drilled or slotted at the same price, the centre bell can be upgraded to a two-tone anodized finish in five colours or to titanium, and braided lines complete the install. As a front-axle kit, the Hollow addresses the brake position that carries the dominant load on the March’s front-drive layout.
Fitment for the Nissan MARCH K13 (2010-2017)
This kit covers the Nissan March K13 across its full 2010-2017 production span. The K13 generation was sold in the UK market as the Micra, sharing the same front suspension architecture (MacPherson struts with a torsion beam at the rear). Fitment is confirmed for the front axle. If you are running aftermarket wheels with an offset or barrel clearance that deviates significantly from standard, verify wheel clearance against the larger front assembly before ordering.

Choosing your spec
Every kit is built to order around the choices you make above. Here is what each option actually changes, so you can spec yours with confidence.
Brake pads — Street, Sport or Racing
Every kit ships with a full set of high-performance pads; the compound is your call.
Street is the right default for fast-road driving — a strong, progressive cold bite with low noise, low dust and long disc life. Sport raises the working temperature and adds bite and fade resistance for hard road use and the occasional track day, while still behaving on a cold morning. Racing is a track compound built for sustained abuse: huge fade resistance and bite once heat is in it, at the cost of more noise and dust when cold. Match the pad to how hard you actually use the brakes — there is no benefit to a race pad that never gets up to temperature.
Caliper grade — Hollow vs Hollow Racing
Hollow is the standard caliper on every kit: a hollow-body forged caliper, lighter than a solid one, fitted with a dust cover and backed by a 5-year oil-leak warranty. For most fast-road and spirited track use it is all the caliper you need.
Hollow Racing is the track-grade upgrade. It runs the same hollow body but without a dust cover (so there is nothing to melt at sustained high temperature), uses a twin-metal piston that isolates heat travelling from the disc to the oil seal, and is rated to 1000°C. Available 286–380mm (front). Warranty is 2 years on oil leaks and 10 years on appearance. Built for professional racing and repeated track days.

Caliper colour & finish
Painted colours (Red, Yellow, Gold, Black, Anodized Black) are included at no cost. Want an exact match to your car? Custom Color (+£150) paints the calipers to any Pantone code you supply (15–20 day lead time).
Polished Forged finishes are the flagship: a forged caliper given a mirror-polished surface treatment that shifts colour with the viewing angle. Beyond the looks, the polished surface dissipates heat better, resists rust and stands up to the weather. Choose Titanium (neochrome, +£350), Polished Gold (+£300) or Polished Silver (+£250). They look their best paired with a titanium centre bell. Care: clean only with a dilute neutral cleaner or water.
Candy colours (+£200) use a deep candy-paint and polishing process for a mirror-reflection, boutique finish — pick Teal, Blue, Red or Orange (shown below right).

Centre bells
The centre bell is the CNC-machined aluminium hat that joins the disc to the hub. The standard anodized centre bell is included. The Two-tone bell (+£200) adds an anodized accent ring — choose Red, Yellow, Orange, Purple or Silver right here at checkout. The Titanium centre bell (+£500) is a forged titanium bell (bolts not included) that finishes off the polished-forged look.
