Caliper render for this kit:

The W212 E-Class was built to cover ground quietly at speed, and at the better part of 1.7 tonnes the E 250 leans on its brakes harder than its refined manner lets on. Mercedes specced the standard rear axle for low dust and hushed town running, which is fine until you string together a fast B-road or a few circuit laps and the rear discs start to heat-soak. This XYZ Racing Hollow Rear Brake Kit for the Mercedes Benz E Class W212 E 250 (2009-2016) swaps that weak link for hardware sized to take repeated heat without the pedal going long.
The hollow-vane disc design keeps rotating mass in check while adding the thermal headroom the standard rear setup lacks. Matched to your choice of Street, Sport or Racing pad compound, it lets you set the rear of the car to how you actually drive it, daily commute, spirited road or track day, rather than living with a single factory compromise.
What this brake kit does for your 2009-2016 Mercedes Benz E Class W212 E 250
Fit it and the first thing you notice is a firmer, more consistent pedal under repeated heavy braking, because the hollow-vane rear discs shed heat the standard items tend to trap. On a heavy rear-wheel-drive saloon like the E 250, a stronger rear contribution sharpens overall balance and stops the front axle shouldering everything into a corner. The Racing compound gives bite and fade resistance for circuit work; the Sport pad holds sharp initial feel while staying civil and low-dust on the daily run with the odd track day; the Street compound keeps things quiet for a road car. The included caliper finishes, Red, Yellow, Gold, Black or Anodized Black, with a Custom Color in any Pantone shade, let the kit show through the wheels or sit discreet, your call.
About the Hollow Rear Brake Kit
XYZ Racing builds this as a rear-axle kit for the W212 E 250, so the spec is aimed at that platform rather than adapted from something generic, and it is supplied as a matched pair of rear calipers and discs. The two-piece floating hollow-vane disc construction, the feature the kit takes its name from, trims rotating mass and opens up internal airflow, which is how a rear disc holds temperature across repeated stops instead of glazing the pads and stretching the pedal. The caliper is hollow-bodied as standard, with an optional Hollow Racing upgrade for serious track use, rated to 1000C and warranted for two years. Pad compound is chosen when you order: Street for quiet road use, Sport for sharper road-and-occasional-track bite, or Racing for sustained circuit heat. Caliper finishes run from Red, Yellow, Gold and Black through Anodized Black at no extra cost, with a Custom Color in any Pantone shade and premium polished-forged or candy finishes when none of those suit the car. As a rear kit it can be run on its own to rebalance braking, or as the back half of a fuller upgrade.
Fitment for the Mercedes Benz E Class W212 E 250 (2009-2016)
This kit is matched to the W212-generation E 250, covering the 2009 to 2016 model years and supplied as a pair of rear calipers and discs. It addresses the rear axle only, so confirm your car is the W212 E 250 before configuring. Pad compound, disc style and caliper colour are all selected when you order, so the same fitment carries whichever road or track spec you settle on.

Choosing your spec
Every kit is built to order around the choices you make above. Here is what each option actually changes, so you can spec yours with confidence.
Brake pads — Street, Sport or Racing
Every kit ships with a full set of high-performance pads; the compound is your call.
Street is the right default for fast-road driving — a strong, progressive cold bite with low noise, low dust and long disc life. Sport raises the working temperature and adds bite and fade resistance for hard road use and the occasional track day, while still behaving on a cold morning. Racing is a track compound built for sustained abuse: huge fade resistance and bite once heat is in it, at the cost of more noise and dust when cold. Match the pad to how hard you actually use the brakes — there is no benefit to a race pad that never gets up to temperature.
Caliper grade — Hollow vs Hollow Racing
Hollow is the standard caliper on every kit: a hollow-body forged caliper, lighter than a solid one, fitted with a dust cover and backed by a 5-year oil-leak warranty. For most fast-road and spirited track use it is all the caliper you need.
Hollow Racing is the track-grade upgrade. It runs the same hollow body but without a dust cover (so there is nothing to melt at sustained high temperature), uses a twin-metal piston that isolates heat travelling from the disc to the oil seal, and is rated to 1000°C. Available 330–356mm (rear). Warranty is 2 years on oil leaks and 10 years on appearance. Built for professional racing and repeated track days.

Caliper colour & finish
Painted colours (Red, Yellow, Gold, Black, Anodized Black) are included at no cost. Want an exact match to your car? Custom Color (+£150) paints the calipers to any Pantone code you supply (15–20 day lead time).
Polished Forged finishes are the flagship: a forged caliper given a mirror-polished surface treatment that shifts colour with the viewing angle. Beyond the looks, the polished surface dissipates heat better, resists rust and stands up to the weather. Choose Titanium (neochrome, +£350), Polished Gold (+£300) or Polished Silver (+£250). They look their best paired with a titanium centre bell. Care: clean only with a dilute neutral cleaner or water.
Candy colours (+£200) use a deep candy-paint and polishing process for a mirror-reflection, boutique finish — pick Teal, Blue, Red or Orange (shown below right).

Centre bells
The centre bell is the CNC-machined aluminium hat that joins the disc to the hub. The standard anodized centre bell is included. The Two-tone bell (+£200) adds an anodized accent ring — choose Red, Yellow, Orange, Purple or Silver right here at checkout. The Titanium centre bell (+£500) is a forged titanium bell (bolts not included) that finishes off the polished-forged look.
