Caliper render for this kit:

The W211 E350 was Mercedes Benz’s flagship mid-size executive saloon for most of the 2000s, a platform engineered for refinement and long-distance pace, but one that carries north of 1,700 kg and 272 bhp from its M272 3.5-litre V6 in a way that makes it easy to push harder than the OE brake specification was designed to sustain. On a fast road or during a circuit session, the stock front setup approaches its thermal limits when hard stops come in succession.
The XYZ Racing front big brake kit replaces that OE hardware with a pair of enlarged front discs and calipers. Three pad compounds, Street, Sport, and Racing, let the kit cover a range from daily road use through to track outings, while the caliper colour range gives the installation a configurable aesthetic to match the build.
What this brake kit does for your 2003-2009 Mercedes Benz E CLASS W211 E 350
Slowing 1,700-plus kilograms repeatedly from motorway speed asks the front discs to manage substantial heat input; the governing physics on the W211 make front-end thermal capacity the key variable. The kit’s enlarged disc diameter increases both thermal mass and surface area for heat dispersal, which sustains more consistent pedal feel across a sequence of hard stops rather than progressively softening feedback as temperatures climb. The two-piece floating discs use a hollow-vane design and shed rotating mass at the same time, which also sharpens steering response.
Street handles road miles with manageable dust and quiet, low-dust behaviour; Sport suits the E350 being driven at pace through an A-road run or extended motorway stretch; Racing raises the operating threshold for track sessions where brake temperatures build continuously across a full day. Discs are offered drilled or slotted at the same price. Caliper colour selection runs from understated Black and Anodized Black through to bold Red, Yellow, and Gold at no extra cost, with a custom Pantone match and premium polished-forged or candy finishes available for builds with specific requirements.
About the front brake kit
This is XYZ Racing’s front-axle big brake solution for the W211 platform and a number of comparable European executive fitments. Three pad compounds, Street, Sport, and Racing, are part of the specification from the outset, each calibrated for a distinct operating temperature range and friction characteristic, so the same disc and caliper combination covers road use and circuit sessions without requiring separate purchases. The caliper is a hollow-body forging as standard, with an optional Hollow Racing caliper, no dust cover, rated to 1000C, two-year warranty, for serious track work. Caliper colour selection addresses both the preference for a discreet install and the more deliberate visual statement that becomes visible through open-spoke wheels. Braided lines firm the pedal, and centre bell upgrades in five anodized colours or titanium are selectable at checkout. The kit is front-axle specific and confirmed for the E350 variant within the W211 range.
Fitment for the Mercedes Benz E CLASS W211 E 350 (2003-2009)
Confirmed fitment for the Mercedes Benz E Class W211 in E350 specification across the 2003-2009 production span. The E350 designation identifies the 3.5-litre M272 V6 variant within the W211 model range, which also covered four-cylinder petrol, diesel, and AMG derivatives under different engine codes. If your W211 carries a different engine designation, verify the fitment reference before ordering.

Choosing your spec
Every kit is built to order around the choices you make above. Here is what each option actually changes, so you can spec yours with confidence.
Brake pads — Street, Sport or Racing
Every kit ships with a full set of high-performance pads; the compound is your call.
Street is the right default for fast-road driving — a strong, progressive cold bite with low noise, low dust and long disc life. Sport raises the working temperature and adds bite and fade resistance for hard road use and the occasional track day, while still behaving on a cold morning. Racing is a track compound built for sustained abuse: huge fade resistance and bite once heat is in it, at the cost of more noise and dust when cold. Match the pad to how hard you actually use the brakes — there is no benefit to a race pad that never gets up to temperature.
Caliper grade — Hollow vs Hollow Racing
Hollow is the standard caliper on every kit: a hollow-body forged caliper, lighter than a solid one, fitted with a dust cover and backed by a 5-year oil-leak warranty. For most fast-road and spirited track use it is all the caliper you need.
Hollow Racing is the track-grade upgrade. It runs the same hollow body but without a dust cover (so there is nothing to melt at sustained high temperature), uses a twin-metal piston that isolates heat travelling from the disc to the oil seal, and is rated to 1000°C. Available 286–380mm (front). Warranty is 2 years on oil leaks and 10 years on appearance. Built for professional racing and repeated track days.

Caliper colour & finish
Painted colours (Red, Yellow, Gold, Black, Anodized Black) are included at no cost. Want an exact match to your car? Custom Color (+£150) paints the calipers to any Pantone code you supply (15–20 day lead time).
Polished Forged finishes are the flagship: a forged caliper given a mirror-polished surface treatment that shifts colour with the viewing angle. Beyond the looks, the polished surface dissipates heat better, resists rust and stands up to the weather. Choose Titanium (neochrome, +£350), Polished Gold (+£300) or Polished Silver (+£250). They look their best paired with a titanium centre bell. Care: clean only with a dilute neutral cleaner or water.
Candy colours (+£200) use a deep candy-paint and polishing process for a mirror-reflection, boutique finish — pick Teal, Blue, Red or Orange (shown below right).

Centre bells
The centre bell is the CNC-machined aluminium hat that joins the disc to the hub. The standard anodized centre bell is included. The Two-tone bell (+£200) adds an anodized accent ring — choose Red, Yellow, Orange, Purple or Silver right here at checkout. The Titanium centre bell (+£500) is a forged titanium bell (bolts not included) that finishes off the polished-forged look.
