Caliper render for this kit:

The W211 E320’s standard front brakes were drawn up for executive comfort running, reliable enough for the motorway but operating closer to their thermal ceiling than most owners realise once that V6 is pressed into service on a demanding road section. The factory hardware served the brief it was given; this kit rewrites the brief.
The XYZ Racing front big brake kit gives the W211’s front axle a meaningful step in thermal capacity. It fits as a pair of front discs and calipers, with three pad compounds and a full caliper colour range so the specification follows the car’s role, whether that is a daily covering ground between the M25 and Edinburgh or a W211 that sees Brands Hatch’s Indy circuit on a Wednesday evening.
What this brake kit does for your 2003-2009 Mercedes Benz E CLASS W211 E 320
The W211’s front axle carries a disproportionate share of the car’s braking load. The nose-heavy bias of a front-engined, rear-drive executive means weight transfer under hard stops presses the front discs harder and longer than a more balanced platform would demand. The two-piece floating discs use a hollow-vane design that improves heat extraction at the disc face, keeping pad-to-disc temperatures within a range where bite stays consistent and fade stays absent. Lower rotating mass at the front also sharpens turn-in.
Three compounds let the owner match the pad to the car’s role: Street covers road use without hardening cold-pedal feel on a winter commute, Sport lifts initial bite and operating temperature range, Racing suits track days where sustained braking zones push the hardware beyond anything a road session reaches. Discs are offered drilled or slotted at the same price. Caliper colours, Red, Yellow, Gold, Black, and Anodized Black at no extra cost, with a custom Pantone match and premium polished-forged or candy finishes, give the installation a finished look through open-spoke alloys.
About the front big brake kit
The two-piece floating disc design addresses thermal management at source. Where a standard solid disc dissipates heat primarily through mass, the hollow-vane construction pulls airflow through the disc body, increasing surface area and reducing the temperatures that accumulate during repeated stops, while the floating ring expands without warping. That matters specifically for a car in the E320’s weight class, where each braking event demands more energy absorption than a lighter platform over the same speed delta. The caliper is a hollow-body forging as standard, with an optional Hollow Racing caliper, no dust cover, rated to 1000C, two-year warranty, for circuit use. Braided lines firm the pedal. Caliper finish runs from sober Black for a car that should look standard under the arches to Yellow or Gold for hardware meant to be noticed, and centre bell upgrades in five anodized colours or titanium are selectable at checkout.
Fitment for the Mercedes Benz E CLASS W211 E 320 (2003-2009)
This front brake kit covers the Mercedes Benz E Class W211 platform in E320 specification across the full production run from 2003 to 2009, including both the pre-facelift model and the revised 2006-onwards generation. If your W211 E320 has previously had non-standard front brake hardware fitted, confirm the original caliper mounting configuration is intact before ordering.

Choosing your spec
Every kit is built to order around the choices you make above. Here is what each option actually changes, so you can spec yours with confidence.
Brake pads — Street, Sport or Racing
Every kit ships with a full set of high-performance pads; the compound is your call.
Street is the right default for fast-road driving — a strong, progressive cold bite with low noise, low dust and long disc life. Sport raises the working temperature and adds bite and fade resistance for hard road use and the occasional track day, while still behaving on a cold morning. Racing is a track compound built for sustained abuse: huge fade resistance and bite once heat is in it, at the cost of more noise and dust when cold. Match the pad to how hard you actually use the brakes — there is no benefit to a race pad that never gets up to temperature.
Caliper grade — Hollow vs Hollow Racing
Hollow is the standard caliper on every kit: a hollow-body forged caliper, lighter than a solid one, fitted with a dust cover and backed by a 5-year oil-leak warranty. For most fast-road and spirited track use it is all the caliper you need.
Hollow Racing is the track-grade upgrade. It runs the same hollow body but without a dust cover (so there is nothing to melt at sustained high temperature), uses a twin-metal piston that isolates heat travelling from the disc to the oil seal, and is rated to 1000°C. Available 286–380mm (front). Warranty is 2 years on oil leaks and 10 years on appearance. Built for professional racing and repeated track days.

Caliper colour & finish
Painted colours (Red, Yellow, Gold, Black, Anodized Black) are included at no cost. Want an exact match to your car? Custom Color (+£150) paints the calipers to any Pantone code you supply (15–20 day lead time).
Polished Forged finishes are the flagship: a forged caliper given a mirror-polished surface treatment that shifts colour with the viewing angle. Beyond the looks, the polished surface dissipates heat better, resists rust and stands up to the weather. Choose Titanium (neochrome, +£350), Polished Gold (+£300) or Polished Silver (+£250). They look their best paired with a titanium centre bell. Care: clean only with a dilute neutral cleaner or water.
Candy colours (+£200) use a deep candy-paint and polishing process for a mirror-reflection, boutique finish — pick Teal, Blue, Red or Orange (shown below right).

Centre bells
The centre bell is the CNC-machined aluminium hat that joins the disc to the hub. The standard anodized centre bell is included. The Two-tone bell (+£200) adds an anodized accent ring — choose Red, Yellow, Orange, Purple or Silver right here at checkout. The Titanium centre bell (+£500) is a forged titanium bell (bolts not included) that finishes off the polished-forged look.
