Caliper render for this kit:

The NX4-generation Tucson L is a heavier, more capable machine than the platform it replaced, and the factory brakes know it. In plug-in hybrid specification the NX4 tips the scales beyond 1,800 kg, and even in standard 1.6T form there is enough kerb weight and torque to expose the limits of the OEM front disc sizing when the roads get demanding. Mountain driving, repeated strong braking from motorway speed, or anything approaching a track environment will fade the stock setup sooner than most owners expect.
This XYZ Racing front big brake kit for the Tucson L (NX4) is built for exactly those conditions. It is a front-axle kit, a matched left and right pair of calipers and hollow-vane two-piece floating discs. Three pad compounds, Street, Sport and Racing, mean the spec can be matched honestly to how the car gets used rather than defaulting to a one-size-fits-all approach, and caliper colour is chosen when you order to cover both the practical and the personal side of the upgrade.
What this brake kit does for your 2021-2026 Hyundai TUCSON L (NX4)
At the core of this kit is the hollow-vane disc. Compared to a solid-cast front, the vented hollow structure moves heat out of the disc faster under sustained load, the key failure mode for a crossover of this weight during repeated hard braking, and the two-piece floating design keeps the iron ring flat as it heats so the disc resists coning. The result is more consistent pedal feel over successive stops, less fade on long descents and lower system temperatures that also benefit pad longevity. Choosing Sport delivers a progressive, predictable bite that works on cold mornings as readily as on a long motorway run; move to Racing and the operating threshold shifts towards higher-temperature windows that suit drivers genuinely pushing the NX4 hard. Street remains the quiet, low-dust default. Included caliper colours are Red, Yellow, Gold, Black and Anodized Black at no extra cost, with a Custom Color in any Pantone.
About the Hollow Front Brake Kit
XYZ Racing’s kits sit between a standard pad-and-disc service swap and a full race-specification overhaul. The hollow-vane disc geometry increases the swept face’s effective cooling rate without the packaging compromises of a larger-diameter conversion, and it is available drilled or slotted at the same price. The caliper is a hollow-body forging as standard, light at the wheel but stiff under load, with an optional Hollow Racing upgrade for genuine circuit use that drops the dust cover, is rated to 1000C and carries a two-year warranty. Three compounds let the kit be specified from a daily-driver rebuild through a fast-road upgrade to a track-day configuration. Beyond the no-cost painted colours there are premium polished-forged Titanium, Polished Gold and Polished Silver and candy Teal, Blue, Red and Orange finishes, with centre bells available in two-tone anodizing across five colours or in titanium, all selectable at checkout, so the wheel-arch presentation matches the rest of the build.
Fitment for the Hyundai TUCSON L (NX4) (2021-2026)
This kit is confirmed for the Hyundai TUCSON L (NX4) platform across the 2021 to 2026 model years. The NX4 chassis covers the full fourth-generation Tucson L range, encompassing both front-wheel-drive and HTRAC all-wheel-drive drivetrains. Verify your vehicle’s front hub specification before ordering if the car has been modified from standard.

Choosing your spec
Every kit is built to order around the choices you make above. Here is what each option actually changes, so you can spec yours with confidence.
Brake pads — Street, Sport or Racing
Every kit ships with a full set of high-performance pads; the compound is your call.
Street is the right default for fast-road driving — a strong, progressive cold bite with low noise, low dust and long disc life. Sport raises the working temperature and adds bite and fade resistance for hard road use and the occasional track day, while still behaving on a cold morning. Racing is a track compound built for sustained abuse: huge fade resistance and bite once heat is in it, at the cost of more noise and dust when cold. Match the pad to how hard you actually use the brakes — there is no benefit to a race pad that never gets up to temperature.
Caliper grade — Hollow vs Hollow Racing
Hollow is the standard caliper on every kit: a hollow-body forged caliper, lighter than a solid one, fitted with a dust cover and backed by a 5-year oil-leak warranty. For most fast-road and spirited track use it is all the caliper you need.
Hollow Racing is the track-grade upgrade. It runs the same hollow body but without a dust cover (so there is nothing to melt at sustained high temperature), uses a twin-metal piston that isolates heat travelling from the disc to the oil seal, and is rated to 1000°C. Available 286–380mm (front). Warranty is 2 years on oil leaks and 10 years on appearance. Built for professional racing and repeated track days.

Caliper colour & finish
Painted colours (Red, Yellow, Gold, Black, Anodized Black) are included at no cost. Want an exact match to your car? Custom Color (+£150) paints the calipers to any Pantone code you supply (15–20 day lead time).
Polished Forged finishes are the flagship: a forged caliper given a mirror-polished surface treatment that shifts colour with the viewing angle. Beyond the looks, the polished surface dissipates heat better, resists rust and stands up to the weather. Choose Titanium (neochrome, +£350), Polished Gold (+£300) or Polished Silver (+£250). They look their best paired with a titanium centre bell. Care: clean only with a dilute neutral cleaner or water.
Candy colours (+£200) use a deep candy-paint and polishing process for a mirror-reflection, boutique finish — pick Teal, Blue, Red or Orange (shown below right).

Centre bells
The centre bell is the CNC-machined aluminium hat that joins the disc to the hub. The standard anodized centre bell is included. The Two-tone bell (+£200) adds an anodized accent ring — choose Red, Yellow, Orange, Purple or Silver right here at checkout. The Titanium centre bell (+£500) is a forged titanium bell (bolts not included) that finishes off the polished-forged look.
