Caliper render for this kit:

The 5.7 HEMI gave the first-generation 300C genuine muscle: a wide, flat torque curve and V8 character that the standard-spec car could exploit from almost any road speed. What Chrysler held back was the braking hardware. The non-SRT-8 front setup was sized for a large luxury saloon, not for drivers who actually use what the HEMI delivers. The XYZ Racing front big brake kit addresses that gap directly, giving the 5.7 car the front-end braking capability the SRT-8’s Brembo setup reserved for the performance variant.
Two-piece floating disc construction reduces rotating and unsprung mass, relevant on a car that sits well north of 1,800kg, and three pad compound options mean the same matched pair of calipers and discs can be configured to how you actually drive: Street for road use, Sport for mixed conditions and spirited driving, or a full Racing compound for the 300C owner who takes it to circuit or sprint events.
What this brake kit does for your 2005-2010 Chrysler 300C 5.7 (NON SRT-8 AND 4WD)
The LX-platform 300C carries substantial weight over its front axle, and under hard deceleration the non-SRT-8 brakes reach their limits sooner than the HEMI’s performance envelope would suggest. Uprating the front end aligns braking with the car’s actual capability. The two-piece floating discs manage heat more effectively than the standard discs under sustained hard use and expand under temperature without distorting, reducing the fade that builds when you lean on a heavy car repeatedly. Braided stainless lines keep the pedal firm where heat would swell a stock rubber line. Three pad compounds let you match the hardware to your driving pattern, from quiet low-dust Street through Sport to Racing, and the included caliper colours, Red, Yellow, Gold, Black and Anodized Black, mean the upgrade is visible through the wheels, fitting the 300C’s imposing presence rather than working against it.
About the Hollow Front Brake Kit
XYZ Racing’s front big brake kit is a direct-fit front upgrade for the LX-generation Chrysler 300C in 5.7 HEMI specification, supplied as a left and right pair. The two-piece floating disc construction distinguishes this kit from standard solid one-piece alternatives: the geometry removes material without compromising structural integrity, reducing the mass the front suspension and bearings carry while improving thermal performance under repeated hard stops, and the floating mount removes the thermal distortion that softens pedal feel under load. Disc faces come drilled or slotted at the same price. Three selectable pad compounds, Street, Sport and Racing, allow the same caliper and disc combination to serve road-focused owners and circuit drivers from a single hardware platform. The calipers are hollow-body as standard for low corner weight, with the Hollow Racing caliper available as an upgrade for serious track use, no dust cover, rated to 1000C and a two-year warranty. Caliper colour runs from the no-cost painted options through Custom Color, any Pantone for a set fee, plus premium polished-forged (Titanium, Polished Gold, Polished Silver) and candy (Candy Teal, Candy Blue, Candy Red, Candy Orange) finishes. Two-tone centre bells in five anodized colours, or titanium, are selectable at checkout.
Fitment for the Chrysler 300C 5.7 (NON SRT-8 AND 4WD) (2005-2010)
This front brake kit fits the first-generation Chrysler 300C in 5.7 HEMI specification from 2005 to 2010. It is not compatible with the SRT-8 variant, which ran different front caliper and disc geometry, or with 4WD-equipped models. If your car is the standard RWD 5.7 within that year span, confirm your build before ordering.

Choosing your spec
Every kit is built to order around the choices you make above. Here is what each option actually changes, so you can spec yours with confidence.
Brake pads — Street, Sport or Racing
Every kit ships with a full set of high-performance pads; the compound is your call.
Street is the right default for fast-road driving — a strong, progressive cold bite with low noise, low dust and long disc life. Sport raises the working temperature and adds bite and fade resistance for hard road use and the occasional track day, while still behaving on a cold morning. Racing is a track compound built for sustained abuse: huge fade resistance and bite once heat is in it, at the cost of more noise and dust when cold. Match the pad to how hard you actually use the brakes — there is no benefit to a race pad that never gets up to temperature.
Caliper grade — Hollow vs Hollow Racing
Hollow is the standard caliper on every kit: a hollow-body forged caliper, lighter than a solid one, fitted with a dust cover and backed by a 5-year oil-leak warranty. For most fast-road and spirited track use it is all the caliper you need.
Hollow Racing is the track-grade upgrade. It runs the same hollow body but without a dust cover (so there is nothing to melt at sustained high temperature), uses a twin-metal piston that isolates heat travelling from the disc to the oil seal, and is rated to 1000°C. Available 286–380mm (front). Warranty is 2 years on oil leaks and 10 years on appearance. Built for professional racing and repeated track days.

Caliper colour & finish
Painted colours (Red, Yellow, Gold, Black, Anodized Black) are included at no cost. Want an exact match to your car? Custom Color (+£150) paints the calipers to any Pantone code you supply (15–20 day lead time).
Polished Forged finishes are the flagship: a forged caliper given a mirror-polished surface treatment that shifts colour with the viewing angle. Beyond the looks, the polished surface dissipates heat better, resists rust and stands up to the weather. Choose Titanium (neochrome, +£350), Polished Gold (+£300) or Polished Silver (+£250). They look their best paired with a titanium centre bell. Care: clean only with a dilute neutral cleaner or water.
Candy colours (+£200) use a deep candy-paint and polishing process for a mirror-reflection, boutique finish — pick Teal, Blue, Red or Orange (shown below right).

Centre bells
The centre bell is the CNC-machined aluminium hat that joins the disc to the hub. The standard anodized centre bell is included. The Two-tone bell (+£200) adds an anodized accent ring — choose Red, Yellow, Orange, Purple or Silver right here at checkout. The Titanium centre bell (+£500) is a forged titanium bell (bolts not included) that finishes off the polished-forged look.
