Caliper render for this kit:

The X6 G06 carries well over two tonnes of SUV coupe across its rear axle, and that mass is exactly what punishes a rear brake under repeated heavy stops: fast B-road descents, loaded motorway runs, or a few hard laps with the traction control turned down. The XYZ Racing Hollow Rear Brake Kit is built to manage that heat and hold brake balance on the G06 rather than let the rear discs cook and the pedal go long.
This is a rear-axle upgrade for owners who use the X6’s pace properly and want the back of the car to stay composed when the weight piles onto the front. Supplied as a matched left-and-right pair, the two-piece hollow-vane discs shed rotating mass and open up cooling paths, which is precisely where a heavy SUV like the G06 loses out on standard rear hardware.
What this brake kit does for your 2019-2026 Bmw X6 G06
On a car this heavy, the rear brakes earn their keep keeping the chassis stable and the pedal consistent. The hollow-vane disc design lowers unsprung and rotating mass at the rear axle, which sharpens how quickly the brakes respond and helps the suspension settle over rough surfaces. Cooling matters most on the G06: the cored, hollow-vane construction lets heat escape between stops, so the rear stays linear instead of fading into a soft, drifting pedal after sustained use. You choose the pad compound to match how you drive: a Street pad for quiet, low-dust everyday running, a Sport pad for harder fast-road work, and a Racing compound when the X6 sees real track or repeat heavy braking. Matching the rear compound to the front keeps the brake balance true, and the result is a rear axle that resists heat soak and gives you a firmer, more predictable pedal under load.
About the Hollow Rear Brake Kit
The Hollow Rear Brake Kit takes its name from its lightweight two-piece disc with a hollow-vane braking ring, which cores material out of the rotor to cut rotating mass while preserving thermal capacity through improved airflow, and a floating bell that lets the ring expand under heat without distorting. It is a position-specific rear kit engineered for the G06’s weight and the heat that weight generates under braking. Three pad compound options, Street, Sport, and Racing, let you set the kit’s bite and temperature window to your use case rather than accepting a single factory compromise. The caliper is hollow-bodied as standard, with a Hollow Racing upgrade for serious track use that removes the dust cover, is rated to 1000C and carries a two-year warranty. Calipers are painted in Red, Yellow, Gold, Black or Anodized Black at no extra cost, with premium polished-forged and candy finishes available, so the kit reads as a deliberate upgrade behind a large-diameter wheel rather than a hidden swap. Discs come drilled or slotted at the same price, braided lines are included, and the centre bell can be upgraded to a two-tone anodized colour or titanium. Every element is specified for the rear axle of the X6 specifically, from disc sizing to caliper mounting.
Fitment for the Bmw X6 G06 (2019-2026)
This kit is built for the rear axle of the BMW X6 G06 across the 2019 to 2026 production run, as a left-and-right pair. It is a rear-position fitment only. Confirm your chassis is the G06 X6 before ordering, and pair it with a front kit if you want a balanced upgrade across both axles.

Choosing your spec
Every kit is built to order around the choices you make above. Here is what each option actually changes, so you can spec yours with confidence.
Brake pads — Street, Sport or Racing
Every kit ships with a full set of high-performance pads; the compound is your call.
Street is the right default for fast-road driving — a strong, progressive cold bite with low noise, low dust and long disc life. Sport raises the working temperature and adds bite and fade resistance for hard road use and the occasional track day, while still behaving on a cold morning. Racing is a track compound built for sustained abuse: huge fade resistance and bite once heat is in it, at the cost of more noise and dust when cold. Match the pad to how hard you actually use the brakes — there is no benefit to a race pad that never gets up to temperature.
Caliper grade — Hollow vs Hollow Racing
Hollow is the standard caliper on every kit: a hollow-body forged caliper, lighter than a solid one, fitted with a dust cover and backed by a 5-year oil-leak warranty. For most fast-road and spirited track use it is all the caliper you need.
Hollow Racing is the track-grade upgrade. It runs the same hollow body but without a dust cover (so there is nothing to melt at sustained high temperature), uses a twin-metal piston that isolates heat travelling from the disc to the oil seal, and is rated to 1000°C. Available 330–356mm (rear). Warranty is 2 years on oil leaks and 10 years on appearance. Built for professional racing and repeated track days.

Caliper colour & finish
Painted colours (Red, Yellow, Gold, Black, Anodized Black) are included at no cost. Want an exact match to your car? Custom Color (+£150) paints the calipers to any Pantone code you supply (15–20 day lead time).
Polished Forged finishes are the flagship: a forged caliper given a mirror-polished surface treatment that shifts colour with the viewing angle. Beyond the looks, the polished surface dissipates heat better, resists rust and stands up to the weather. Choose Titanium (neochrome, +£350), Polished Gold (+£300) or Polished Silver (+£250). They look their best paired with a titanium centre bell. Care: clean only with a dilute neutral cleaner or water.
Candy colours (+£200) use a deep candy-paint and polishing process for a mirror-reflection, boutique finish — pick Teal, Blue, Red or Orange (shown below right).

Centre bells
The centre bell is the CNC-machined aluminium hat that joins the disc to the hub. The standard anodized centre bell is included. The Two-tone bell (+£200) adds an anodized accent ring — choose Red, Yellow, Orange, Purple or Silver right here at checkout. The Titanium centre bell (+£500) is a forged titanium bell (bolts not included) that finishes off the polished-forged look.
