XYZ Racing Top Sport Coilovers — Hyundai ELANTRA N CN7 2021-2026

The Elantra N’s front-drive layout puts everything through two contact patches: 276bhp, the torque of the 2.0 turbo four, and all the cornering load once the N Corner Carving Differential starts working. Stock dampers are tuned to soften that reality for daily use, which means the front axle squats, loads unevenly under trail-braking, and gives up some of the chassis’s actual potential on track.

The XYZ Racing Top Sport coilover is built for the owner who takes the CN7 out for track days but still needs it as a road car during the week. It raises spring rate and damping stiffness over the factory setup without pushing all the way into a race-only ride, so the car keeps its everyday manners between sessions.

What this coilover does for your 2021-2026 Hyundai Elantra N

Stiffer spring rates cut the body roll and front-end dive that come with hard corner entry, so the Corner Carving Diff has a more settled platform to work with when it’s pulling the car through the apex. The increased low-speed damping keeps the front tyres loaded evenly under trail-braking instead of unweighting over mid-corner bumps, which is where a hard-charging FWD car normally loses traction and picks up understeer. On the motorway or a rough B-road, the kit’s damping curve is judged to absorb sharp inputs – potholes, expansion joints – rather than transmit them straight into the chassis, so the Elantra N doesn’t turn into a chore between track outings. Ride height is also adjustable, letting you drop the centre of gravity and correct any camber/geometry drift from the factory ride height.

About the Top Sport coilover

Top Sport sits above XYZ Racing’s street-oriented ranges, built from the brand’s own track programme rather than a generic damper tune. Damping force and spring rate are increased by roughly 30 to 50% over a standard street setup, which is enough to control body movement through fast direction changes without turning the ride harsh at low speed. That extra control is what lets the kit absorb a hard hit – a compression over a kerb or a big bump mid-corner – without the shock body kicking back through the chassis, which in turn keeps the tyre’s contact patch doing its job instead of skipping. The result is a coilover tuned specifically around repeated hard driving: quick transitions, high corner-entry speeds, and the loads that come with genuine track use, while still being adjustable enough to live on the road.

Fitment for the Hyundai Elantra N (2021-2026)

This kit is specified for the Hyundai Elantra N, chassis code CN7, covering the 2021 to 2026 model years. It’s built to the CN7’s factory mounting points and suspension geometry, so no additional adapters or modified hardware are needed to install it in place of the standard dampers and springs.
