XYZ Racing Circuit Master Coilovers — BMW 3 SERIES F30 4/6 CYL (excl. M-Technik. xDrive & EDC) 2011-2026

Base and SE-spec F30 3 Series cars, the ones built without M-Sport chassis bracing, xDrive, or the factory EDC adaptive dampers, ride on suspension calibrated for isolation rather than control. That softness shows up exactly where a circuit exposes it: body roll rolling into a corner, dive under braking into the apex, and a rear axle that needs a moment to settle before you can get back on the throttle. XYZ Racing’s Circuit Master coilover kit replaces that passive set-up with a monotube design built around 9720 damping combinations, aimed at drivers doing sustained circuit sessions rather than the occasional trackday sprint.

For the 4-cylinder and 6-cylinder engine variants covered here, that means matching spring rate and damping to a chassis that never received M-division hardware from the factory. Circuit Master brings the missing body control back without depending on the xDrive traction or EDC electronics this particular F30 build doesn’t have.

What this coilover kit does for your 2011-2026 BMW 3 Series

Fit the Circuit Master kit and the F30’s body control changes immediately. Independent ride height adjustment at each corner lets you drop the centre of gravity and correct geometry that comfort-biased springs were never set up around, sharpening turn-in on both the lighter 4-cylinder cars and the nose-heavier 6-cylinder models. The 3 adjustment knobs give separate control over compression and rebound, so a 4-cylinder car running a technical circuit can be set stiffer through direction changes than a 6-cylinder car carrying more weight over the front axle into braking zones. Because this F30 doesn’t come with EDC from the factory, you’re not working against an electronic damper controller to get a fixed, repeatable spring and damping curve; the Circuit Master’s mechanical adjustment does that job instead. The rear axle, which on a base-spec car can feel slow to load under trail braking, settles faster once compression is set correctly, and stiffer spring rates cut the pitch and dive that make a 3 Series feel unsettled through quick direction changes.

About the Circuit Master coilover

Circuit Master sits at the top of XYZ Racing’s range, built specifically for circuit use rather than fast-road or drift applications. The monotube damper offers 9720 distinct damping combinations across its 3 external adjustment knobs, giving separate control over low-speed compression, high-speed compression and rebound rather than one dial doing all three jobs at once. XYZ’s racing teams have run this damper across international events, and the internals reflect that brief: small-diameter oil passages control valving response with enough precision for repeated, sustained lapping rather than a single quick lap. One side effect of that small-passage design is a faint noise from the damper when the car crosses sharp bumps or kerbs on track, this is a normal characteristic of the valving, not a fault. Ride height, camber and corner-weighting are all adjustable independently, so the kit can be set up around a specific circuit or driving style rather than one fixed geometry.

Fitment for the BMW 3 Series (2011-2026)

This kit is built for the F30-generation 3 Series, chassis code BM75-1, covering both 4-cylinder and 6-cylinder engine variants across the 2011-2026 model run. It’s specced for the standard RWD chassis, not M-Sport, xDrive or EDC-equipped cars, since those variants use different subframe hardware or factory adaptive damping that this kit isn’t built to integrate with.

Because its 3 adjustment knobs with small oil hole design, when driving through big bumps, the coilover oil will go through small passage which might cause some small noise. This is normal situation. This product is made for circuit tracks and there will be no concern for bumps on the tracks.
