Forged Wheel

XYZ Forged CS-88

SKU: XYZ-WHL-CS-88

Understanding wheel fitment
Diameter × width

Diameter is the measurement across the face of the wheel in inches. Width is the distance between the inner and outer bead seats. Wider wheels need wider tyres and may require fender rolling or spacers.

PCD (bolt pattern)

PCD (Pitch Circle Diameter) is the number of bolts × bolt-circle diameter in mm. Example: 5×114.3 means 5 bolts on a 114.3mm circle. This MUST match your hub exactly — no adaptors are supplied.

Offset (ET)

Offset (ET) is how far the mounting face sits from the centre line, in mm. Higher (positive) numbers tuck the wheel in; lower (or negative) numbers push it out. A wheel that is 1–3mm off stock offset can still fit; more than that and you will need arch work.

Centre bore

Centre bore is the diameter of the central hole in millimetres. It must equal or exceed your hub bore. Smaller = will not fit. Larger = use hub-centric rings (included free on request).

Load rating

Load rating is the maximum kg each wheel is rated to carry. Confirm your vehicle axle weight (GVW ÷ 2) is below this figure. All XYZ Racing forged wheels exceed OEM factory ratings.

Not sure this fitment clears your setup? Share wheel/tyre/suspension specs with [email protected] and we'll confirm.

Tell us your car (top of the page) and we'll set the recommended bolt pattern, bore and offset for your car — at no extra cost. Please check the figures against your vehicle before you order.

Tell us your car at the top of the page — every forged wheel is built to your exact bolt pattern, bore and offset before we add it to your basket.

Size & fitment

Width (J)

A sculpted, three-dimensional spoke face — curved and stepped surfaces instead of a flat profile — for a deeper, more aggressive look. The +£100 covers the extra 5-axis CNC machining.

The left and right wheels are machined as mirror images so the spoke pattern sweeps the same way on both sides of the car — a true directional/staggered set. +£70 for the paired left/right tooling.

Hardware & extras

Wheels ship with no centre cap as standard. Choose XYZ's forged cap, or upload your own design for a fully custom cap.

Multi-piece wheels are assembled with peripheral screws. Upgrade the hardware:

A pass-through adapter that lets your car's factory TPMS sensors read through the forged wheel.

Optional — a matched XYZ alloy valve stem to finish the wheel.

    About this design

Five fat directional spokes chunk their way across a concave face, the broad blades sweeping to a clean stepped polished lip. Strong, simple muscle — loads of face coverage and a deep dish behind it. Made for a lowered classic or a heavy-set coupe that wants an honest, no-nonsense statement.

    CS Series

    Every face, built to spec

The CS series isn't one wheel, it's the whole library — close to 400 forged disc faces spanning near-solid turbofan discs, radial sunbursts, bold five-spokes, crossing blades and intricate honeycomb meshes. It's a starting point rather than a finished product: choose a face, then specify the diameter, width, offset and PCD to suit the car exactly. The catalogue is available in two- and three-piece forged construction, and for builds where unsprung weight matters, any face can be made in full carbon fibre. Whether you want something understated or the most sculptural wheel on the road, CS is where that conversation begins.

Forged to order — built for one car: yours

Every XYZ forged wheel is made to order. Beyond the offset (ET), width (J) and bolt pattern, you can commission a completely bespoke design and colour — down to a single wheel if that's all you need. This is genuine one-off manufacturing, not a fixed catalogue.

    Engineered, then tested to destruction

    Dynamic Radial Fatigue Test
    Dynamic Cornering Fatigue Test
    Impact Test

Once your order is placed, the design is run through stress-analysis software to verify its structural safety factor. Then we prove it physically: for every customer's vehicle we build additional wheels and fit a brand-new tyre purely for destructive mechanical testing to VIA / JWL and TÜV standards —

    • Dynamic Radial Fatigue Test
    • Dynamic Cornering Fatigue Test
    • Impact Test

A wheel is only released once it has passed both the computer analysis and the physical destructive testing and met every applicable safety standard. Completing the programme takes six wheels per vehicle — it costs more than mass-produced wheels, and that is exactly the point. Three official VIA / JWL test reports are included in the box.

Made for people who love their cars

If you want something genuinely one-of-a-kind — a bespoke design, a unique colour, or a forged wheel inspired by the supercars you grew up with, built to fit your car — this is where you start. We are one of very few manufacturers in the world that will take a single-piece, fully custom wheel design and put it through the full safety programme above. And if your car runs air suspension and tucks deep into the arches when parked, these wheels were made for that stance.

Good to know before you order

    • Custom width (J) and offset (ET): no extra charge.
    • Bespoke designs welcome (priced on the design). 3D curved-surface and left/right directional designs carry a small per-wheel charge.
    • Over 20,000 PPG / Axalta colours, two-tone finishes and custom centre-cap logos supported.
    • VIA / JWL certification is included free on every current design.
    • Minimum order is two wheels of the same size and colour.
    • Website images are a guide only — every wheel is built from a final 2D drawing that you approve and sign.
