XYZ Racing Pro Racing Drift Spec Coilovers — Ford AZTEC 1995-1998

Competitive drifting punishes suspension that was only ever meant to keep a car planted in a straight line. The XYZ Racing Pro Racing Drift Spec coilover for the Ford Aztec is built for the opposite job: holding the FO01 chassis composed while it is sideways, so a big angle stays controllable rather than collapsing into a spin.

This is a drift-first setup, not a fast-road kit pressed into competition duty. Lowering the Aztec onto a correctly matched bump stroke settles the body through high-speed turns, and the adjustment range lets you tune how the car loads up on initiation and how it holds the slide once you are committed.

What this coilover kit does for your 1995-1998 Ford Aztec

On a 1995-1998 Ford Aztec set up for drift, the first thing you feel is a body that stops flopping onto its outside corner when you pitch the car in. Three separate adjustment knobs let you split spring and damping behaviour, so you can firm up control of weight transfer without making the car nervous on corner entry. Drop the ride height onto the correct bump stroke and the platform sits flatter through fast direction changes, which keeps the rear predictable when you provoke and then catch the slide. The payoff is more confidence to commit to angle at speed, with a chassis that answers throttle and steering instead of fighting them.

About the Pro Racing Drift Spec coilover

The Pro Racing Drift Spec coilover is engineered specifically for drifting rather than adapted from a road kit. Its central aim is stability: keeping the body controlled during high-speed cornering so the driver can place and hold a clean angle. Once the ride height is lowered onto a proper bump stroke, the system is designed to bring slide control into a genuinely usable window. It runs three adjustment knobs and uses a small oil-passage design inside the damper. Over large bumps that narrow passage can produce a faint noise as oil moves through it, which is normal behaviour rather than a fault. The kit is intended for circuit use, where smooth track surfaces mean those bumps are a non-issue.

Fitment for the Ford Aztec (1995-1998)

This kit is matched to the Ford Aztec on the FO01 chassis, covering the 1995 to 1998 model years. Confirm your chassis code and build year against the listing before ordering, so the spring and damper package suits your exact car.

This suspension is especially designed for Drift racing purpose. With its special design, it helps the racers stabilize the vehicle body while in high speed turning in order to make a perfect angle. It can also enhance drifting performance. After lowering the ride height with proper bump stroke, you will realize how we made the drift controlling to the excellent condition.

Because its 3 adjustment knobs with small oil hole design, when driving through big bumps, the coilover oil will go through small passage which might cause some small noise. This is normal situation. This product is made for circuit tracks and there will be no concern for bumps on the tracks.
