Caliper render for this kit:

A laden Amarok V6 3.0 TDI carries the overwhelming majority of its braking effort over the front axle, and at better than two tonnes before you add a payload or hitch a trailer, that axle asks far more of a factory caliper than the same hardware faces on an ordinary car. The XYZ Racing Hollow Front Brake Kit replaces the standard front setup on the Volkswagen Amarok V6 3.0 TDI with a larger, thermally tougher assembly built to absorb the heat that piles up when a heavy diesel pickup is towing, descending a long gradient, or hauling fully loaded.
This is a front big brake kit, a matched pair of front calipers and discs, aimed squarely at owners who work the truck the way it was designed to be worked. Where the original brakes heat-soak and the pedal goes long after a run of hard stops, this kit keeps a firmer pedal and sheds heat faster, which counts for far more on a working pickup than on any road car.
What this brake kit does for your 2017-2026 Volkswagen Amarok V6 3.0 TDI
The first change you feel is pedal response under load. A bigger front disc and caliper give more initial bite and a more progressive, repeatable feel, so a fully freighted Amarok pulls up with less drama and noticeably less fade on the second and third stop. The two-piece floating disc trims rotating and unsprung mass at each front corner, which lightens the steering slightly and lets the front suspension settle more quickly over rough ground. You also pick the pad compound to suit how the truck is used: a Street pad for quiet, low-dust everyday running and towing, a Sport compound for harder fast-road work and more heat range, or a Racing pad when it sees genuine competition duty. Cooler, more consistent front brakes also put less heat into the fluid, which holds off the soft, sinking pedal that creeps in on long descents with a trailer behind you.
About the Hollow Front Brake Kit
The Hollow Front Brake Kit takes its name from its hollow-body caliper and internally vented two-piece floating disc, a design that draws heat away through the rotor passages while shedding weight against a solid factory rotor; the floating bell manages thermal expansion. Less rotating mass at the front axle sharpens turn-in and reduces the effort the steering has to fight. The kit pairs that disc, available drilled or slotted at the same price, with a larger caliper clamping a bigger pad, spreading the work over more friction area so the whole assembly runs cooler and wears more evenly across a hard day. Three pad compounds are offered, Street, Sport and Racing, so the same hardware can sit under a daily-driven tow vehicle or a hard-used competition truck. Painted calipers are included at no cost in red, yellow, gold, black or anodized black, with a Custom Color in any Pantone at £150 and premium polished-forged titanium, polished gold or polished silver plus candy teal, blue, red and orange; centre bells upgrade to two-tone anodizing in five colours or titanium, and a Hollow Racing caliper rated to 1000C is there for the hardest use. Every part is sized for the front axle, where a heavy diesel pickup does most of its braking.
Fitment for the Volkswagen AMAROK V6 3.0 TDI (2017-2026)
This kit is built for the front axle of the Volkswagen Amarok fitted with the 3.0 TDI V6 engine, covering the 2017 to 2026 model years, and is supplied as a left-and-right pair. It is a front-only kit. Confirm your build year and exact V6 3.0 TDI specification against the options above before ordering so the disc and caliper match your truck’s hub and hardware.

Choosing your spec
Every kit is built to order around the choices you make above. Here is what each option actually changes, so you can spec yours with confidence.
Brake pads — Street, Sport or Racing
Every kit ships with a full set of high-performance pads; the compound is your call.
Street is the right default for fast-road driving — a strong, progressive cold bite with low noise, low dust and long disc life. Sport raises the working temperature and adds bite and fade resistance for hard road use and the occasional track day, while still behaving on a cold morning. Racing is a track compound built for sustained abuse: huge fade resistance and bite once heat is in it, at the cost of more noise and dust when cold. Match the pad to how hard you actually use the brakes — there is no benefit to a race pad that never gets up to temperature.
Caliper grade — Hollow vs Hollow Racing
Hollow is the standard caliper on every kit: a hollow-body forged caliper, lighter than a solid one, fitted with a dust cover and backed by a 5-year oil-leak warranty. For most fast-road and spirited track use it is all the caliper you need.
Hollow Racing is the track-grade upgrade. It runs the same hollow body but without a dust cover (so there is nothing to melt at sustained high temperature), uses a twin-metal piston that isolates heat travelling from the disc to the oil seal, and is rated to 1000°C. Available 286–380mm (front). Warranty is 2 years on oil leaks and 10 years on appearance. Built for professional racing and repeated track days.

Caliper colour & finish
Painted colours (Red, Yellow, Gold, Black, Anodized Black) are included at no cost. Want an exact match to your car? Custom Color (+£150) paints the calipers to any Pantone code you supply (15–20 day lead time).
Polished Forged finishes are the flagship: a forged caliper given a mirror-polished surface treatment that shifts colour with the viewing angle. Beyond the looks, the polished surface dissipates heat better, resists rust and stands up to the weather. Choose Titanium (neochrome, +£350), Polished Gold (+£300) or Polished Silver (+£250). They look their best paired with a titanium centre bell. Care: clean only with a dilute neutral cleaner or water.
Candy colours (+£200) use a deep candy-paint and polishing process for a mirror-reflection, boutique finish — pick Teal, Blue, Red or Orange (shown below right).

Centre bells
The centre bell is the CNC-machined aluminium hat that joins the disc to the hub. The standard anodized centre bell is included. The Two-tone bell (+£200) adds an anodized accent ring — choose Red, Yellow, Orange, Purple or Silver right here at checkout. The Titanium centre bell (+£500) is a forged titanium bell (bolts not included) that finishes off the polished-forged look.
