Caliper render for this kit:

The W211 is a heavy executive saloon, and in E 320 CDI specification it pairs that mass with a 3.2-litre V6 diesel that builds pace effortlessly and asks a great deal of the front axle every time you brake hard from motorway speed. The factory brake hardware does its job in normal use, but owners who push the W211 on faster roads, or who have lowered the suspension, regularly find the OEM front setup the limiting factor when braking confidence matters most.
The XYZ Racing front big brake kit addresses that gap. It fits the front axle as a pair of discs and calipers, finished with a choice of pad compound that suits your actual use. Three compounds, Street, Sport, and Racing, mean you are not choosing between a track setup and a daily driver; you are choosing the one that fits the W211’s real-world role.
What this brake kit does for your 2003-2009 Mercedes Benz E CLASS W211 E 320 CDI
The W211’s front axle carries more of the car’s considerable weight under braking than most owners appreciate, and on a diesel executive that regularly operates at sustained motorway speeds the front discs and pads work in a demanding thermal environment. The two-piece floating discs use a hollow-vane design that improves heat evacuation under repeated hard stops, and the difference shows up as consistent pedal feel rather than the progressive softening you get from factory hardware that has been driven hard for fifteen minutes. Lower rotating mass at the front corners helps the car turn in.
The Sport pad improves initial bite noticeably over the Street option without the cold-temperature penalty that makes a full Racing compound impractical for a car that starts most mornings on a commute; Racing is there for circuit days. Discs come drilled or slotted at the same price. Caliper colours, Red, Yellow, Gold, Black, and Anodized Black at no extra cost, with a custom Pantone match and premium polished-forged or candy finishes, complete the visual step-up without requiring any changes to the W211’s existing wheel or suspension hardware.
About the front big brake kit
This kit is designed for production cars running on road or occasional track use that need more thermal capacity than the OEM system provides. The two-piece floating disc construction is its defining characteristic: increased airflow through the disc speeds heat evacuation across sustained braking events, directly relevant on a platform like the W211 that can cruise fast and needs confident deceleration from those speeds repeatedly. The caliper is a hollow-body forging as standard, with an optional Hollow Racing caliper, no dust cover, rated to 1000C, two-year warranty, for harder use. Three pad compounds cover the spectrum from daily use through spirited driving to full track days, all on the same caliper and carrier geometry. Braided lines firm the pedal, and centre bell upgrades in five anodized colours or titanium are selectable at checkout. The kit replaces the complete front assembly rather than supplementing it, so the upgrade is consistent across both discs and caliper hardware from day one.
Fitment for the Mercedes Benz E CLASS W211 E 320 CDI (2003-2009)
This kit is built for the Mercedes Benz E Class W211 in E 320 CDI specification across the full production run from 2003 to 2009. Confirm your chassis code against the W211 plate before ordering; the W211 E-Class ran in several engine and trim configurations across that period, and this kit is specifically matched to the E 320 CDI variant. If you are running a different engine code in the same W211 bodyshell, verify fitment before selecting a compound.

Choosing your spec
Every kit is built to order around the choices you make above. Here is what each option actually changes, so you can spec yours with confidence.
Brake pads — Street, Sport or Racing
Every kit ships with a full set of high-performance pads; the compound is your call.
Street is the right default for fast-road driving — a strong, progressive cold bite with low noise, low dust and long disc life. Sport raises the working temperature and adds bite and fade resistance for hard road use and the occasional track day, while still behaving on a cold morning. Racing is a track compound built for sustained abuse: huge fade resistance and bite once heat is in it, at the cost of more noise and dust when cold. Match the pad to how hard you actually use the brakes — there is no benefit to a race pad that never gets up to temperature.
Caliper grade — Hollow vs Hollow Racing
Hollow is the standard caliper on every kit: a hollow-body forged caliper, lighter than a solid one, fitted with a dust cover and backed by a 5-year oil-leak warranty. For most fast-road and spirited track use it is all the caliper you need.
Hollow Racing is the track-grade upgrade. It runs the same hollow body but without a dust cover (so there is nothing to melt at sustained high temperature), uses a twin-metal piston that isolates heat travelling from the disc to the oil seal, and is rated to 1000°C. Available 286–380mm (front). Warranty is 2 years on oil leaks and 10 years on appearance. Built for professional racing and repeated track days.

Caliper colour & finish
Painted colours (Red, Yellow, Gold, Black, Anodized Black) are included at no cost. Want an exact match to your car? Custom Color (+£150) paints the calipers to any Pantone code you supply (15–20 day lead time).
Polished Forged finishes are the flagship: a forged caliper given a mirror-polished surface treatment that shifts colour with the viewing angle. Beyond the looks, the polished surface dissipates heat better, resists rust and stands up to the weather. Choose Titanium (neochrome, +£350), Polished Gold (+£300) or Polished Silver (+£250). They look their best paired with a titanium centre bell. Care: clean only with a dilute neutral cleaner or water.
Candy colours (+£200) use a deep candy-paint and polishing process for a mirror-reflection, boutique finish — pick Teal, Blue, Red or Orange (shown below right).

Centre bells
The centre bell is the CNC-machined aluminium hat that joins the disc to the hub. The standard anodized centre bell is included. The Two-tone bell (+£200) adds an anodized accent ring — choose Red, Yellow, Orange, Purple or Silver right here at checkout. The Titanium centre bell (+£500) is a forged titanium bell (bolts not included) that finishes off the polished-forged look.
