Caliper render for this kit:

The W204 C 230 4MATIC is a heavier car than its rear-wheel-drive siblings; the 4MATIC all-wheel-drive hardware adds meaningful mass at the front axle, and the standard brakes were specced for a car that lives primarily on public roads, not on the extended mountain passes or track outings where heat accumulates in the rotors. Under repeated hard stops the factory setup fades earlier than the chassis deserves, and the 2.5-litre V6’s linear, tractable delivery means it is easy to carry more pace into a corner than the stock brakes can confidently scrub off from distance.
This XYZ Racing front big brake kit for the W204 C 230 4MATIC closes that gap. It is a matched pair of left and right calipers and two-piece floating discs. Three pad compounds, Street, Sport and Racing, let you match the kit to actual use: better pedal feel on the road, fast-road driving with occasional track exposure, or a full track programme where sustained heavy stops are the primary demand.
What this brake kit does for your 2007-2014 Mercedes Benz C CLASS W204 C 230 4MATIC
The additional rotational mass the 4MATIC system places at the front of the W204 makes brake thermal capacity genuinely relevant on this variant in a way it simply is not on the lighter rear-wheel-drive C 230. Larger front rotors increase the total heat energy the system can absorb before fade begins to set in, pushing the transition from confident braking to uncertain, soft stops further into the session. The hollow-vane disc draws heat from the swept face faster than a solid rotor, while reduced rotating and unsprung mass quickens response and the two-piece floating construction controls expansion. Stepping up to the Racing compound delivers a more progressive, consistent pedal from initial application, and braided lines keep that feel firm through repeated hard stops.
About the Hollow Front Brake Kit
This XYZ Racing front big brake kit uses a hollow-vane disc where the internal geometry promotes active airflow through the disc body during sustained braking. The result is lower sustained disc temperatures compared to standard ventilated items, which keeps the pad-compound interface in a more stable operating window and preserves bite consistency as the brake event extends. The caliper is hollow-bodied as standard. Street is the quiet, low-dust compound for owners wanting a step up in pedal feel with no meaningful penalty to everyday driveability; Sport fits those covering fast roads regularly or running occasional track sessions; Racing is the choice for owners planning to push brake temperatures deliberately across a full track day. Discs come drilled or slotted at the same price, and an optional Hollow Racing caliper upgrade for serious track work drops the dust cover, is rated to 1000C and carries a two-year warranty.
Caliper finish is selected when you order. Five painted colours are included at no extra cost: Red, Yellow, Gold, Black and Anodized Black. A Custom Color in any Pantone is £150, with premium polished-forged finishes in Titanium, Polished Gold and Polished Silver, plus candy finishes in Teal, Blue, Red and Orange. Two-tone centre bells in five anodized colours, or titanium, are selectable at checkout, and remain visible through the W204’s alloy spoke openings.
Fitment for the Mercedes Benz C CLASS W204 C 230 4MATIC (2007-2014)
This kit covers the Mercedes Benz C CLASS W204 in C 230 4MATIC specification across the full 2007 to 2014 production run. The front-axle specification accounts for the W204 caliper mounting geometry and carrier dimensions standard on this variant. If your car carries a factory AMG sport brake package or a non-standard caliper from a previous modification, verify the caliper mounting dimensions before ordering.

Choosing your spec
Every kit is built to order around the choices you make above. Here is what each option actually changes, so you can spec yours with confidence.
Brake pads — Street, Sport or Racing
Every kit ships with a full set of high-performance pads; the compound is your call.
Street is the right default for fast-road driving — a strong, progressive cold bite with low noise, low dust and long disc life. Sport raises the working temperature and adds bite and fade resistance for hard road use and the occasional track day, while still behaving on a cold morning. Racing is a track compound built for sustained abuse: huge fade resistance and bite once heat is in it, at the cost of more noise and dust when cold. Match the pad to how hard you actually use the brakes — there is no benefit to a race pad that never gets up to temperature.
Caliper grade — Hollow vs Hollow Racing
Hollow is the standard caliper on every kit: a hollow-body forged caliper, lighter than a solid one, fitted with a dust cover and backed by a 5-year oil-leak warranty. For most fast-road and spirited track use it is all the caliper you need.
Hollow Racing is the track-grade upgrade. It runs the same hollow body but without a dust cover (so there is nothing to melt at sustained high temperature), uses a twin-metal piston that isolates heat travelling from the disc to the oil seal, and is rated to 1000°C. Available 286–380mm (front). Warranty is 2 years on oil leaks and 10 years on appearance. Built for professional racing and repeated track days.

Caliper colour & finish
Painted colours (Red, Yellow, Gold, Black, Anodized Black) are included at no cost. Want an exact match to your car? Custom Color (+£150) paints the calipers to any Pantone code you supply (15–20 day lead time).
Polished Forged finishes are the flagship: a forged caliper given a mirror-polished surface treatment that shifts colour with the viewing angle. Beyond the looks, the polished surface dissipates heat better, resists rust and stands up to the weather. Choose Titanium (neochrome, +£350), Polished Gold (+£300) or Polished Silver (+£250). They look their best paired with a titanium centre bell. Care: clean only with a dilute neutral cleaner or water.
Candy colours (+£200) use a deep candy-paint and polishing process for a mirror-reflection, boutique finish — pick Teal, Blue, Red or Orange (shown below right).

Centre bells
The centre bell is the CNC-machined aluminium hat that joins the disc to the hub. The standard anodized centre bell is included. The Two-tone bell (+£200) adds an anodized accent ring — choose Red, Yellow, Orange, Purple or Silver right here at checkout. The Titanium centre bell (+£500) is a forged titanium bell (bolts not included) that finishes off the polished-forged look.
