Caliper render for this kit:

The M156’s 6.2-litre naturally aspirated V8 is one of the great modern AMG engines, and one of the heavier powerplants to sit above a front axle. Under sustained hard braking, that nose-weight works against the factory setup: the standard front discs heat-soak quickly, pedal feel softens, and by the third or fourth consecutive hard stop on a track day the OEM hardware is already operating at the edge of its thermal envelope. The W204 C63 AMG is a genuinely capable circuit car, but its stock brakes were sized for road use rather than repeat-lap work.
This XYZ Racing front big brake kit for the W204 C63 AMG (2007-2014) provides the thermal headroom that the M156’s performance demands. It is a matched pair of left and right calipers and two-piece floating discs. Hollow-vane disc construction improves airflow through the rotor and reduces retained heat mass, keeping friction surface temperatures in a range where the pad compound maintains consistent bite rather than glazing or fading into the braking zones that catch C63 owners out when they push the car seriously hard.
What this brake kit does for your 2007-2014 Mercedes Benz C CLASS W204 C 63 AMG
Consistent stopping power from a car that pushes significant weight through the front axle on every braking event is what this kit is built around. The hollow-vane disc reduces the heat retained between consecutive stops, which directly affects how the pad compound behaves when it matters most: late into a tight corner entry with the M156 working hard against you from speed. Reduced rotating and unsprung mass quickens response, and the two-piece floating construction lets the rotor expand without distorting. Three pad compounds, Street, Sport and Racing, let the kit’s performance ceiling be matched to how the car is actually used, whether that means occasional track days or a regular circuit programme. Braided lines keep the pedal firm through repeated hard stops.
About the Hollow brake kit
This XYZ Racing front big brake kit is built around hollow-vane discs that improve thermal cycling versus conventional vented disc architecture, with a hollow-bodied caliper as standard. The design addresses the core weakness of road-spec OEM hardware on high-performance cars: heat retention that accumulates across repeated hard stops until pedal feel changes and braking confidence drops. Pad compound selection covers three grades, Street for road-biased use, Sport for mixed driving including track days, and Racing for cars used regularly on circuit, so the kit can be configured appropriately rather than forcing a compromise in either direction. Discs come drilled or slotted at the same price, and for the hardest track use an optional Hollow Racing caliper upgrade drops the dust cover, is rated to 1000C and carries a two-year warranty. The kit covers the front axle, where this chassis concentrates the majority of its braking load.
Caliper finish is selectable when you order. Five painted colours are included at no extra cost: Red, Yellow, Gold, Black and Anodized Black. A Custom Color in any Pantone is £150, with premium polished-forged finishes in Titanium, Polished Gold and Polished Silver, plus candy finishes in Teal, Blue, Red and Orange. Two-tone centre bells in five anodized colours, or titanium, are selectable at checkout, allowing a match to livery or wheel finish if the W204 C63 AMG does double duty between circuit and show.
Fitment for the Mercedes Benz C CLASS W204 C 63 AMG (2007-2014)
This kit is built for the W204 C63 AMG across the full production span from 2007 to 2014, covering all M156-powered variants in that generation. Confirm your chassis code against the W204 designation before ordering, and verify the front caliper mounting dimensions if any previous brake modifications have been carried out.

Choosing your spec
Every kit is built to order around the choices you make above. Here is what each option actually changes, so you can spec yours with confidence.
Brake pads — Street, Sport or Racing
Every kit ships with a full set of high-performance pads; the compound is your call.
Street is the right default for fast-road driving — a strong, progressive cold bite with low noise, low dust and long disc life. Sport raises the working temperature and adds bite and fade resistance for hard road use and the occasional track day, while still behaving on a cold morning. Racing is a track compound built for sustained abuse: huge fade resistance and bite once heat is in it, at the cost of more noise and dust when cold. Match the pad to how hard you actually use the brakes — there is no benefit to a race pad that never gets up to temperature.
Caliper grade — Hollow vs Hollow Racing
Hollow is the standard caliper on every kit: a hollow-body forged caliper, lighter than a solid one, fitted with a dust cover and backed by a 5-year oil-leak warranty. For most fast-road and spirited track use it is all the caliper you need.
Hollow Racing is the track-grade upgrade. It runs the same hollow body but without a dust cover (so there is nothing to melt at sustained high temperature), uses a twin-metal piston that isolates heat travelling from the disc to the oil seal, and is rated to 1000°C. Available 286–380mm (front). Warranty is 2 years on oil leaks and 10 years on appearance. Built for professional racing and repeated track days.

Caliper colour & finish
Painted colours (Red, Yellow, Gold, Black, Anodized Black) are included at no cost. Want an exact match to your car? Custom Color (+£150) paints the calipers to any Pantone code you supply (15–20 day lead time).
Polished Forged finishes are the flagship: a forged caliper given a mirror-polished surface treatment that shifts colour with the viewing angle. Beyond the looks, the polished surface dissipates heat better, resists rust and stands up to the weather. Choose Titanium (neochrome, +£350), Polished Gold (+£300) or Polished Silver (+£250). They look their best paired with a titanium centre bell. Care: clean only with a dilute neutral cleaner or water.
Candy colours (+£200) use a deep candy-paint and polishing process for a mirror-reflection, boutique finish — pick Teal, Blue, Red or Orange (shown below right).

Centre bells
The centre bell is the CNC-machined aluminium hat that joins the disc to the hub. The standard anodized centre bell is included. The Two-tone bell (+£200) adds an anodized accent ring — choose Red, Yellow, Orange, Purple or Silver right here at checkout. The Titanium centre bell (+£500) is a forged titanium bell (bolts not included) that finishes off the polished-forged look.
