Caliper render for this kit:

The XV10 ES 300 was Lexus’s 1992 brief: quieter than the European executive competition, more refined, and built to endure rather than excite. The factory front braking hardware matched that brief exactly, single-piston calipers and disc diameters sized for a comfort-biased, 1,400 kg-class FWD saloon, not for the sustained load genuine performance use generates. FWD means the front axle absorbs virtually all deceleration force in any hard stop while the front tyres are simultaneously holding the steering line; the factory setup has limited capacity for repeat or high-intensity braking without fade.
The XYZ Racing Hollow Front Brake Kit replaces that stock front hardware with a matched pair of front calipers and two-piece floating discs calibrated for the ES 300’s actual weight and architecture. Three pad compounds, Street, Sport, and Racing, let the same kit serve a daily driver, a spirited fast-road machine, or the relatively rare ES 300 that sees circuit time, using compound selection as the primary variable.
What this brake kit does for your 1992-1996 Lexus ES 300
Heat management is the limiting factor on the front axle of any FWD car under hard use, and the XV10’s factory discs were sized to pass comfort and NVH benchmarks rather than withstand repeat hard stops. The Hollow kit puts a proper performance-spec disc at the front, where the ES 300 concentrates its braking energy, giving the pad compound room to work in its optimal temperature window rather than pushing through the top of the factory disc’s thermal range. The hollow-vane construction sheds heat through the rotor body between stops. Firmer, more progressive pedal response under load is the day-to-day gain; the absence of fade on a long descent or after multiple braking events is the edge-case gain owners who drive their ES 300 hard will notice most. Street is the quiet, low-dust road default; Sport widens the heat range for spirited use; Racing covers sustained circuit use where thermal cycles overwhelm a road compound. Caliper colour is included in Red, Yellow, Gold, Black, or Anodized Black at no extra cost, with Custom Color matching any Pantone for £150, plus premium polished-forged finishes in Titanium, Polished Gold, and Polished Silver, and candy finishes in Teal, Blue, Red, and Orange.
About the Hollow Front Brake Kit
The Hollow Front Brake Kit is XYZ Racing’s fitment-specific upgrade line, built to the dimensions of the original front caliper and disc package rather than adapted from a higher-volume platform. Front-only scope reflects FWD braking physics: on the XV10 ES 300, rear brakes contribute a fraction of total stopping force, making the front axle the correct target for any performance brake investment. The two-piece floating disc lets the rotor expand cleanly under heat, and braided lines keep the pedal firm. The caliper is hollow-bodied as standard, with a Hollow Racing upgrade for circuit conditions, no dust cover, rated to 1000C, two-year warranty. Pad compound is a three-tier selection, Street for daily road use, Sport for more demanding driving where the thermal threshold rises, and Racing for circuit conditions at the top of the temperature range. Discs come drilled or slotted at the same price, with two-tone anodized centre bells in five colours or titanium selectable at checkout. The kit carries SKU XYZ-BRK-BKF-LE-01-A-FRONT, confirming a dedicated ES 300 application rather than a universal fitment.
Fitment for the Lexus ES 300 (1992-1996)
This kit covers the Lexus ES 300 XV10 generation in full, 1992 model year through to 1996. The XV10 ES 300 shared its front suspension and hub architecture with the contemporary Toyota Camry V30 platform, and this kit is built to the ES 300’s specific front caliper and hub dimensions across that full run. If your car is a 1992-1996 example carrying the XV10 chassis code, no further trim exclusions apply.

Choosing your spec
Every kit is built to order around the choices you make above. Here is what each option actually changes, so you can spec yours with confidence.
Brake pads — Street, Sport or Racing
Every kit ships with a full set of high-performance pads; the compound is your call.
Street is the right default for fast-road driving — a strong, progressive cold bite with low noise, low dust and long disc life. Sport raises the working temperature and adds bite and fade resistance for hard road use and the occasional track day, while still behaving on a cold morning. Racing is a track compound built for sustained abuse: huge fade resistance and bite once heat is in it, at the cost of more noise and dust when cold. Match the pad to how hard you actually use the brakes — there is no benefit to a race pad that never gets up to temperature.
Caliper grade — Hollow vs Hollow Racing
Hollow is the standard caliper on every kit: a hollow-body forged caliper, lighter than a solid one, fitted with a dust cover and backed by a 5-year oil-leak warranty. For most fast-road and spirited track use it is all the caliper you need.
Hollow Racing is the track-grade upgrade. It runs the same hollow body but without a dust cover (so there is nothing to melt at sustained high temperature), uses a twin-metal piston that isolates heat travelling from the disc to the oil seal, and is rated to 1000°C. Available 286–380mm (front). Warranty is 2 years on oil leaks and 10 years on appearance. Built for professional racing and repeated track days.

Caliper colour & finish
Painted colours (Red, Yellow, Gold, Black, Anodized Black) are included at no cost. Want an exact match to your car? Custom Color (+£150) paints the calipers to any Pantone code you supply (15–20 day lead time).
Polished Forged finishes are the flagship: a forged caliper given a mirror-polished surface treatment that shifts colour with the viewing angle. Beyond the looks, the polished surface dissipates heat better, resists rust and stands up to the weather. Choose Titanium (neochrome, +£350), Polished Gold (+£300) or Polished Silver (+£250). They look their best paired with a titanium centre bell. Care: clean only with a dilute neutral cleaner or water.
Candy colours (+£200) use a deep candy-paint and polishing process for a mirror-reflection, boutique finish — pick Teal, Blue, Red or Orange (shown below right).

Centre bells
The centre bell is the CNC-machined aluminium hat that joins the disc to the hub. The standard anodized centre bell is included. The Two-tone bell (+£200) adds an anodized accent ring — choose Red, Yellow, Orange, Purple or Silver right here at checkout. The Titanium centre bell (+£500) is a forged titanium bell (bolts not included) that finishes off the polished-forged look.
