Caliper render for this kit:

Front-biased braking is the physical reality of every front-wheel-drive van, and the Berlingo MK3’s EMP2 platform is no exception to that rule. Under maximum payload, a full Multispace, a loaded roof box, or a commercial van stacked to GVW, the factory front calipers are working significantly harder per stop than they would unladen, and their thermal tolerance reflects a cost-engineering brief rather than a performance one.
This XYZ Racing front big brake kit for the Citroen Berlingo MK3 (2018-2026) addresses that shortfall directly. A matched pair of front calipers and discs with three pad compound options, Street, Sport and Racing, means the specification can be matched to actual use, whether that is daily loaded commercial runs, fast-road mixed duty, or sustained hard stops at a track support day. The full caliper colour range completes the build-spec picture.
What this brake kit does for your 2018-2026 Citroen BERLINGO MK3
Vented two-piece floating disc construction gives the Berlingo’s front axle considerably more thermal headroom between braking events than the stock setup provides; the difference becomes tangible when the van is loaded, when descending repeatedly on a gradient, or when the pace is higher than the factory engineers planned for. The floating mount lets the disc expand under heat without distorting, and braided stainless lines keep the pedal firm where heat would swell a stock rubber line. Pad compound selection is where the real tuning happens: Street compound covers light commercial and family duty with quiet, low-dust running, Sport compound suits unladen fast-road use where temperatures climb more quickly, and the Racing grade is there for repeated high-energy stops where fade resistance is non-negotiable. The included caliper colours, Red, Yellow, Gold, Black and Anodized Black, finish the install visibly through the wheel spokes and let the spec match whatever broader build direction the Berlingo is headed in.
About the XYZ Racing Hollow Front Brake Kit
The kit uses a vented two-piece floating disc with channels that draw cooling air through the disc body between stops, carrying heat away from the friction surface before the next braking event, while the floating mount removes the thermal distortion that softens pedal feel under load. On a vehicle with the Berlingo MK3’s kerb weight and load capacity, that capacity for thermal recovery is not a marginal gain but a meaningful one. Disc faces come drilled or slotted at the same price. The kit is a front-axle pair specific to the MK3 generation, retaining the existing hydraulic line routing and wheel architecture. The calipers are hollow-body as standard for low corner weight, with the Hollow Racing caliper available as an upgrade for serious track use, no dust cover, rated to 1000C and a two-year warranty. Caliper colour runs from the no-cost painted options through Custom Color, any Pantone for a set fee, plus premium polished-forged (Titanium, Polished Gold, Polished Silver) and candy (Candy Teal, Candy Blue, Candy Red, Candy Orange) finishes. Two-tone centre bells in five anodized colours, or titanium, are selectable at checkout. Pad compound, disc style and caliper colour are all selected when you order, so the specification is fixed before dispatch.

Choosing your spec
Every kit is built to order around the choices you make above. Here is what each option actually changes, so you can spec yours with confidence.
Brake pads — Street, Sport or Racing
Every kit ships with a full set of high-performance pads; the compound is your call.
Street is the right default for fast-road driving — a strong, progressive cold bite with low noise, low dust and long disc life. Sport raises the working temperature and adds bite and fade resistance for hard road use and the occasional track day, while still behaving on a cold morning. Racing is a track compound built for sustained abuse: huge fade resistance and bite once heat is in it, at the cost of more noise and dust when cold. Match the pad to how hard you actually use the brakes — there is no benefit to a race pad that never gets up to temperature.
Caliper grade — Hollow vs Hollow Racing
Hollow is the standard caliper on every kit: a hollow-body forged caliper, lighter than a solid one, fitted with a dust cover and backed by a 5-year oil-leak warranty. For most fast-road and spirited track use it is all the caliper you need.
Hollow Racing is the track-grade upgrade. It runs the same hollow body but without a dust cover (so there is nothing to melt at sustained high temperature), uses a twin-metal piston that isolates heat travelling from the disc to the oil seal, and is rated to 1000°C. Available 286–380mm (front). Warranty is 2 years on oil leaks and 10 years on appearance. Built for professional racing and repeated track days.

Caliper colour & finish
Painted colours (Red, Yellow, Gold, Black, Anodized Black) are included at no cost. Want an exact match to your car? Custom Color (+£150) paints the calipers to any Pantone code you supply (15–20 day lead time).
Polished Forged finishes are the flagship: a forged caliper given a mirror-polished surface treatment that shifts colour with the viewing angle. Beyond the looks, the polished surface dissipates heat better, resists rust and stands up to the weather. Choose Titanium (neochrome, +£350), Polished Gold (+£300) or Polished Silver (+£250). They look their best paired with a titanium centre bell. Care: clean only with a dilute neutral cleaner or water.
Candy colours (+£200) use a deep candy-paint and polishing process for a mirror-reflection, boutique finish — pick Teal, Blue, Red or Orange (shown below right).

Centre bells
The centre bell is the CNC-machined aluminium hat that joins the disc to the hub. The standard anodized centre bell is included. The Two-tone bell (+£200) adds an anodized accent ring — choose Red, Yellow, Orange, Purple or Silver right here at checkout. The Titanium centre bell (+£500) is a forged titanium bell (bolts not included) that finishes off the polished-forged look.
