XYZ Racing Racing Spec Coilovers — Toyota VIOS XP150 2013-2026

The XP150 Vios is one of very few budget saloons with a real factory race series behind it – the grassroots one-make grids of Southeast Asia run this exact chassis, week in, week out. That heritage is the whole point of the XYZ Racing Racing Spec coilover: it is built for owners taking the Vios down the same path, where the soft OE struts and the torsion-beam rear axle give up long before the 2NR-FE 1.5 runs out of revs.

This is the most track-focused setup XYZ Racing offer for the platform, aimed squarely at serious circuit and time-attack use rather than the daily commute. The damping is biased toward sustained cornering load, repeated heavy braking and kerb strikes, so a light front-drive saloon that traditionally rolls onto its outer front tyre is pulled flat and made to turn.

What this coilover does for your 2013-2026 Toyota VIOS XP150

On a lightweight front-wheel-drive chassis like the XP150, the biggest win is body control. Lowering the Vios drops the centre of gravity and cuts the lean that loads up the outer front corner, which is exactly where this platform bleeds speed mid-corner. Height-adjustable spring perches let you corner-balance the car so the torsion-beam rear is set up to rotate on lift rather than push wide. Firmer, competition-derived damping keeps the contact patch settled under trail-braking into a hairpin, so the front end bites instead of washing out, and the stiffer rates resist the squat and dive that upset a stock Vios over a fast lap.

About the Racing Spec coilover

The Racing Spec is purpose-developed for circuit racing, with its baseline settings drawn directly from XYZ Racing’s involvement in WTCC competition rather than from a road-comfort starting point. That competition lineage means the valving and spring rates are pitched for cars run in anger, not for show. Beyond the standard kit, XYZ Racing also build bespoke dampers for heavily modified Vios examples – the sort running aggressive upgrades, factory-style racing hardware or A-class race preparation. Owners can supply the full spec of their modified parts along with the specific circuit they intend to run, and XYZ Racing will valve a custom shock absorber package to suit that car and that track. It is a genuine made-for-purpose competition damper rather than a re-badged fast-road kit.

Fitment for the Toyota VIOS XP150 (2013-2026)

This kit is matched to the third-generation Toyota VIOS, chassis code XP150, across the full 2013 to 2026 production run. It suits the front-wheel-drive saloon as supplied; confirm your build year against the range above before configuring. For heavily upgraded cars, the custom-damper route described above lets you tailor the spec further.
