XYZ Racing Circuit Master Coilovers — Nissan MAXIMA A34 2003-2008

The Nissan Maxima A34 pairs the VQ35DE V6 with front-wheel drive – an arrangement that concentrates every demand on the front axle in one place. On circuit, acceleration, steering, and braking all fall to the same set of tyres, and the A34’s substantial kerb weight amplifies any compliance in the stock suspension when corner speeds build. The Circuit Master coilover is built specifically for sustained circuit lap-time work, not casual track days, and the distinction in intent runs throughout its construction.

The A34’s default tendency to push wide under power is a physics consequence of FWD – excess suspension compliance allows geometry changes that widen the understeer. Taking direct control of damping and ride height is the first step in working around the layout’s inherent constraints.

What this coilover does for your 2003-2008 Nissan Maxima A34

With 9720 adjustment configurations across three independent knobs, the Circuit Master gives Nissan Maxima A34 owners granular control over the handling balance in a way the stock suspension cannot approach. Firmer front settings reduce body roll through fast corners, which sharpens steering feel when the V6 is generating lateral load the front tyres are simultaneously managing for grip. Rear damping adjusts independently to shift the car’s mid-corner rotation – a setup dimension that becomes critical on FWD platforms where even modest rear compliance changes how the front axle loads at corner exit. Lowering the A34’s ride height brings the centre of gravity down with it, reducing the body roll leverage that FWD cars feel acutely in direction changes and producing a flatter, more controlled attitude under hard braking.

About the Circuit Master

The Circuit Master is XYZ Racing’s dedicated competition damper, developed and verified by XYZ Racing teams across international race circuits worldwide. It shares development lineage with Racing Spec, Drift Spec, and Tarmac Rally builds – applications where sustained competitive use is the standard, not the exception – and has been refined through that wider race programme. Three adjustment knobs provide independent control over separate damping parameters, combining to deliver 9720 distinct setup states without any tooling required between changes. The small oil passage inside the damper body is a deliberate circuit-use design choice: under sharp inputs – kerb strikes, abrupt track surface changes – the restricted internal flow path produces a faint noise from within the unit. This is the design functioning as intended and a recognised characteristic of the circuit-biased internal geometry, not a fault. The Circuit Master is built for smooth race surfaces and its construction reflects that operating environment throughout.

Fitment for the Nissan Maxima A34 (2003-2008)

The Circuit Master coilover fits the Nissan Maxima A34 across the full production run from 2003 to 2008. Chassis code A34 covers all variants built within this generation, and the kit is engineered for direct fitment throughout the year range. Confirm your build year sits within the 2003-2008 window before ordering.

This is the ultimate boutique for racing in many international athletics tracks, and test for a long time. This is for purchase handling high performance and the essential partner in different racing. Circuit Master Damper is tested through XYZ racing teams all over the world. 9720 ways of different adjustments can meet all customers’ needs and win the 1st place in every race.

Because its 3 adjustment knobs with small oil hole design, when driving through big bumps, the coilover oil will go through small passage which might cause some small noise. This is normal situation. This product is made for circuit tracks and there will be no concern for bumps on the tracks.

Every XYZ Racing coilover kit ships with the upper mounts listed below for your exact chassis — no extra parts to source.

  • Pillow ball + rubber top mountPillow ball + rubberP+Pillow-ball upper with a rubber insert — adds steering precision and camber adjustability while keeping some of the factory mount’s harshness damping.
  • Hardened rubber top mountHardened rubberRHardened rubber upper — firmer than the factory bush for tighter response while retaining road-friendly noise and vibration isolation.
  • Aluminium top mountAluminiumAAluminium upper mount — a stiff, lightweight housing that locates the damper precisely and resists flex under load.
